6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information.
DEA Lash Lab is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

DEA Lash Lab is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged

• Include photos of the packaging an product
We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit.
